Happy half, Alenka!

Today celebrates my first friend who I met online and got to befriend in real life too.

True, we were both in the same country, but without the internet chances are high that we would never know of each other.

I’m not mentioning the number since you don’t like the sound of it but let’s face it: every new number means another bunch of happy memories. And only the lucky ones get to get them. Here are some of you and me.

Who is this mysterious woman with whom I was playing cards online first?

In 2006 when we met (or at another card-players’ party soon after).

Soon you became the (almost) regular at our garden tarok tournament.
